As an AI Strategist Lead at SynthioLabs, you will lead enterprise-scale products for global pharma and biotech clients. You’ll partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance how biopharma engages with HCPs and patients
You’ll own end-to-end strategy, delivery, and measurable business outcomes - from defining the problem statement to ensuring sustained value realization.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial & Medical. Shape engagement strategy, define success metrics and ROI, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Program Leadership
Own delivery from discovery through deployment. Set direction, manage execution, and ensure measurable impact.
AI Strategy & Value Definition
Identify high-value opportunities where SynthioLabs products can drive efficiency, insight generation, or experience improvement. Translate them into actionable roadmaps with clear ROI.
Team Leadership
Guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers & product managers. Drive clarity on priorities, accountability, and performance.
Enterprise Delivery & Compliance
Ensure deployments meet regulatory and operational standards. Navigate complex client compliance and legal constraints to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
Adoption & Change Enablement
Drive integration into customer workflows through structured onboarding and continuous performance measurement.
Product & Platform Insight
Translate customer feedback into product requirements. Inform product roadmap decisions based on observed patterns and unmet needs.
