About the Role

We’re looking for a designer who can work across brand and visual design. You’ll help shape how SynthioLabs looks and feels—from the website to the social media to pitch decks and marketing assets. You will be refining our brand voice or updating our design system.

This role is for someone who’s excited to design in a fast-moving startup, work closely with founders, and bring clarity and craft to every screen.

What You’ll Do

• Design user interfaces for our web, video and voice AI public website and other assets
• Own brand and visual identity: colors, typography, assets, illustrations
• Work on marketing materials: decks, website, social
• Maintain and evolve our design system
• Collaborate closely with founders
• Prototype fast, test ideas early, and polish what matters

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in product design or brand/visual design roles
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Figma (or equivalent), prototyping, and web/mobile design standards
• Ability to balance speed and quality shipping MVPs and iterating from real feedback
